KATIE is now pointed even taken best of variety over her champion dad . Won best breed by wire and went onto Place ( second several times ) in Big Breed by groups
She just needs her majors to finish.

I need to get update picture of her , she has filled out nicely now that I got some weight on this engerizer bunny girl. She is too smart for her own good but she wants to please and likes to make people laugh. she was the smallest in the litter but is not much smaller than her sisters right now. She is the slowest eater and I thought her daddy Nitro ate slow. She is very funny girl that like her daddy can not go outside without a toy in her mouth.
she has a great coat, head, nice long neck very expressive eyes (face) looks like a smaller petite version of her mom. She will be show more soon, she loved to be in the ring. she did pretty good except for deciding it was more fun to jump hop she did not like to be behind her sister in the ring. She can move nice when she wants TO!
Once Katie figures out the show stuff she will do very well, at her second show another dog jump up from behind my mom who was holding Katie before going in the ring and grab her head, next day at the same show she step on a bee . So we have some work to do with miss Katie. she did mange to win a big breed by exhibitor class at sierra dachshund club this Jan 2010.
Katie keeps getting nicer the older she gets. She may do some rally before going back to the show ring.

KATIE 11 1/2 MONTHS OLD AND JUST FINISH HANDLING CLASS BUT SHE HELD HER STACK FOR GOOD 10 MINUTES ON THE TABLE WHILE HER PICTURE WAS BEING TAKEN, SHE IS REALLY SMART AND WANTS TO PLEASE AND IS BLOSSOMING INTO A LOVEY GIRL THE OLDER SHE GETS). SHE IS IN HEAT IN THE PICTURES AND HER TOPLINE IS LITTLE OFF FROM BEING IN HEAT.
